2009
MLOG opens an Austrian branch office in Anthering near Salzburg. From here the MLOG-team oversees projects and systems in the Alpine region.2008 MLOG extends its presence on the Eastern European market by entering into a partnership with MAN Ferrostaal in Moscow, thus providing representation in Russia also.
After 87 successful years in Heilbronn moved into the new business
premises and production facilities in Neuenstadt am Kocher on 7th September
2009. This is in recognition of the increased space and capacity requirements
whilst keeping faith with the Heilbronn region which has contributed significantly to
the success of MLOG Logistics GmbH.
2007
MLOG enters into a partnership with Logica Consulting & Solutions, LCS S.r.l. in Milan and consequently is represented on the Italian market. This follows the partnership formed with British logistics experts SDI Group, based at their Rugby headquarters.
In Germany, MLOG establishes Northern offices in Bad Salzuflen and the Rhein-Ruhr Service Centre based in Oberhausen.
2005
With effect from April 1, 2005 former MAN Logistics was taken over by a group of investors comprising the existing management (management buy-out). Stefan Seidl, who has managed the company since 1997, remains managing director of the new MLOG Logistics GmbH.
2002
MAN Logistics celebrates its 80th birthday. With the main idea “future takes roots” MAN celebrates the 80 years old existence of the company.
1989/90
Acquisition of Mehne GmbH by MAN AG and consolidation of Mehne GmbH and MAN Lager- and Systemtechnik into MAN Logistics GmbH.
1974
Foundation of MAN Lager-and Systemtechnik in Munich (software design and project management).
1968
Construction of the first automated high-bay warehouse for the wholesaler PAGEDA in Darmstadt.
1922
Founded by Erwin Mehne, the company developed from a producer of steel structures for bridges and halls to one of the leading suppliers of components, systems and perfect solutions in the field of materials handling.
